30 seconds to calm(er)

Dear Human 💕,

You look stressed.

Take a quick break and just listen to me purr. All you need is 30 seconds.

To get the most out of it, I’d recommend:

  • Find a quiet place (or ignore the chaos around you)
  • Listen to my purr (headsets work well)
  • Look at how cute I am while I purr (or close your eyes, if you need to)
  • Focus on your breathing. Inhale slowly. Take deep breaths that fully fill your lungs. Exhale slowly.

Feeling calm(er) now?
