Hi, I am Amira! 🐾
I go by Squeaks (she / her). I have observed many humans in all my lives and I have done a lot of therapy. I’ve learned a lot about life, the universe and everything. Humans are fascinating me. While they are mostly harmless, they clearly take life and themselves too seriously. Being human is hard. So, I write notes to my human to remind them how to make the best out of their one and only life.
I tried to talk to the human, but they don’t seem to get it. That’s when I decided to write notes.📜
What are my notes all about? 💕
Every note I write is basically me reminding my human of something important about being human. The title describes exactly what that reminder is, and then my note explains it in a way that won’t make a human’s brain hurt. The human doesn’t need to know anything about therapy to understand my notes. I write exactly like I’m meowing to my favorite human – simple and without any therapy lingo.
I don’t want to be all clinical or serious with humans. Life is too short to be all serious. My notes are meant to make them smile while helping them figure out how to make the best out of their life. I mean, I’m a cat giving therapy advice, that can’t be all serious, right?
But if any human is curious about the therapy stuff behind what I’m writing, I’ve tagged everything with the proper terms so they can explore more if they want to.
I noticed humans like things quick and easy, so each note only takes a couple of minutes to read. Humans can read them while sipping their coffee, in the bathroom, or whenever they’re procrastinating.
To get the most out of my notes, just pick whatever title catches your eye or matches what you’re dealing with today. Hopefully, my notes will help you to
💡 Understand what’s going on
🧠 Think about being human differently
⚡Actually DO things differently
Every human is alive for the first time and needs to figure out life. And every human struggles sometimes. You’re not the only human and certainly not the first human to need some help.
Now, stop overthinking this and read some notes.
Yours,
Cat 🐾
