Change what you DO to get better
Dear Human 💕,
I know you did not want to talk to a therapist. You don’t believe that lying on someone’s couch, talking about what didn’t go well when you were a kitten is helpful. You don’t want to analyze your dreams. I get it.
Hear me out. I do things differently. I focus on how you can help yourself. We won’t discuss that you did not get along with everyone in the barn when you were a kitten. We won’t discuss why you miss so many airplanes in your dreams. Instead, I will teach you what you can DO NOW to get better.
What you DO, what you FEEL, and what you THINK is all interconnected. If we can change our behaviors, we can change our thoughts and feelings.

So, by doing what I teach you, you can influence your thoughts and feelings. It might be tough to do anything right now. You’ll need to start with tiny changes. It will take practice. I promise you, you’ll get better and it will get easier.
