Think about it:

Maybe there’s only a 10 % chance that they say YES and you will get what you want.

However, if you don’t ask you certainly won’t get it. 100 % NO.

Not asking means you’re not giving yourself the chance. You are saying NO to yourself.

Ask. Meow for what you want.
