What are these notes all about?

Dear Human 💕,

I tried to meow to you about so many different things. Usually, you just answer with “Meow what?”. Sometimes you pet me. So, you don’t seem to get it. That’s why I decided to write you notes.

Every note I write is basically me reminding you of something important about being human. The title tells you exactly what that reminder is, and then my note explains it in a way that won’t make your brain hurt. You don’t need to know anything about therapy to understand my notes. I write like I’m meowing to my favorite human. Simple and without any therapy lingo.

I don’t want to be all clinical or serious with you. Life is too short to be all serious. My notes are meant to make you smile while helping you figure out how to make the best out of your life. I mean, I’m a cat giving therapy advice, that can’t be all serious, right?

But if you ARE curious about the therapy stuff behind what I’m writing, I’ve tagged everything with the proper terms so you can explore more if you want to.

I noticed humans like things quick and easy, so each note only takes a couple of minutes to read. You can read the notes while sipping your coffee, in the bathroom, or whenever you’re procrastinating. Yes, I notice when you’re procrastinating.

To get the most out of my notes, just pick whatever title catches your eye or matches what you’re dealing that day. Hopefully, my notes will

  • help you understand better what’s going on,
  • let you think about being human a bit differently,
  • and inspire you to do things differently.

Every human is alive for the first time and needs to figure out life. And every human struggles sometimes. You’re not the only human and certainly not the first human to need some help.

Now stop overthinking this and go read something that might actually help you today.
