Listen to music

Dear Human 💕,

Music can trigger intense emotions. Very quickly. You don’t even think about it. Once you associate a song with a certain memory or experience, just a few seconds will take you right back.

That makes music very powerful to control your emotions.

Create yourself some playlists for different moods:

  • To let off steam, when you’re angry
  • To calm you down, when you’re anxious
  • To energize you, when you feel tired and unmotivated
  • To cheer you up, when you are grumpy

Yours,
Cat 🐾

P.S. You can influence your mood through any of your senses. Hearing is just one of them. You can also see, touch, taste, and smell. Any experience connected to any of the senses can trigger intense emotions.

P.P.S. Be careful. That works for good and bad experiences.

How can anyone not cheer up and feel like dancing up the walls while thinking of Christopher Walken tap dance to Weapon of Choice?
