You’re never doing nothing
Dear Human 💕,
I overheard you beating yourself up, because “you’ve done nothing all day”.
You are never doing nothing. You might not check off anything on your to-do list or do anything extraordinary, but doing nothing means you’re getting rest. And humans need a lot of rest!
When you’re taking time to rest, you are taking care of yourself. You allow yourself to recharge the energy that you need to achieve and do all the things humans like to achieve and do.
Don’t beat yourself up for doing nothing, enjoy getting some rest.
