Dear Human 💕,

The most important question to ask yourself is “What do I need?”. Humans are great at knowing what OTHERS need. I get all the cuddles from my humans, whenever I need them. It’s strange to me though that humans seem to neglect what they need themselves and put others first. Some humans even allow me to sit on their face. That’s crazy!

It matters what YOU need and it’s okay to put yourself first sometimes. Cats know this and have been called selfish for it. It’s not selfish, it’s taking care of yourself!
